    Can you integrate with our existing PLC/SCADA?

    Yes – Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, and Mitsubishi PLCs; Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP. We preserve your investment and extend what you already have.

    Do you supply-only or turnkey?

    Both. We can supply-only where required, but we recommend turnkey for warranty continuity, single accountability, and clean handover.

    How do you handle remote support and security?

    VPN with role-based access, audit logs, and change control. We can also provide read-only dashboards for management and external stakeholders.

    Will the system work during connectivity outages?

    Yes. Local PLC logic continues to run, and data is buffered and synchronised when communication links resume.

    Do you provide training and SLA?

    Yes – operator/admin training, spares, scheduled maintenance, and response SLAs tailored to your site and risk profile.
